Unable to open multiple ASIN product detail pages in bulk
If you encounter a situation where multiple ASIN front-end detail pages cannot be opened in bulk, you can check if the interception icon appears in the upper right corner of the browser, click on the interception icon, and set “always allow” to solve the interception problem
Product page product images not updated
Products that already have images and have not undergone image replacement through the SKU image publishing system in the past 7 days will only be captured again by the system after an order is placed.
The system rule satisfies any of the following conditions:
1. No image
2. In the past 7 days, the SKU image publishing system has been used for image replacement and the review has been approved
3. Sales exceeding 0 in the past 90 days
Product modification price not updated
Apply for price modification in the system, and after approval, modify the price on the front-end of the e-commerce platform. The data returned by the e-commerce platform report will be displayed in the system. If the product shows that the price has not been updated, it may be because the e-commerce platform report has not been updated, or the report is only updated after the system update is synchronized (updated daily). Please wait 1-2 days to check the price update status.
Unable to find corresponding product records on the new product upload page
If the product number is invalidated (possibly deleted or changed) in the review product list, the corresponding product record cannot be found on the new product upload page.
The system did not capture the brand name
Click the [Update Brand and Rating] button in the system to manually update the brand name (due to limited update quota, only one update is supported per operation)
Unable to apply for price modification after the discount of the product expires
After the discount of the product expires, if you apply to modify the price and receive a message saying “discount has been made, but there is no price adjustment permission during the discount period”, you can adjust the “Yes” in the system to “No” to apply for price modification.
There is no corresponding product record on the product page
The product has been uploaded to the store backend, but there is no corresponding record on the system product page. The system obtains report data through API every night. In this case, you can first download product reports and inventory report records from the store backend to check if there are corresponding products; Note: E-commerce platform reports may not be updated in a timely manner
Inventory Management System
Our system acquires data concerning product order quantity, remaining inventory, and other associated factors, thus enabling it to dispatch accurate replenishment reminders for store products. Moreover, our system is designed to make judicious replenishment reminders; it will not indiscriminately prompt the seller to restock. For instance, in the case of seasonal products, out-of-stock items will not trigger a system reminder for replenishment during specific periods. Furthermore, the system gauges the current product inventory based on the order quantities, preventing overstocking that may result from blind replenishment.
